Job summary

A logistics company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee fuel and oil transport operations. The role requires prior experience in the transport industry, strong logistical knowledge, and good communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient utilization of drivers and vehicles, prepare rosters, and manage delivery documentation. Relevant qualifications include a graduate degree, preferably in Logistics, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

  • 2 Year Working experience in similar industry – Transport – Oil & Gas.
  • Bachelor degree is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination with customer for orders and assigning drivers as per the requirements.
  • Preparing driver rosters and ensuring 100% driver and fleet utilization.
  • Submission of delivery document to customers for invoicing.
  • Conducting pre-trip briefings for drivers.

Job description

We are hiring an Operations Executive for Abu Dhabi. Candidates should have prior experience in road transportation of fuel/ oil & gas. Bachelor degree is essential.

  • Coordination with customer for orders and assigning drivers as per the requirements, booking register & dispatch the vehicle as per DVMS.
  • DV generation and closing in OTM.
  • Preparing driver rosters and ensuring 100% driver and fleet utilization.
  • Drivers Leave roster updating, preparing annual leave.
  • Vehicle check list & Driver briefing prior to dispatch.
  • Business targets of the respective accounts.
  • Maintaining & recording driver duty time sheet & trip allowance report.
  • Ensuring all the gate passes and authority passes are renewed on time.
  • Attending Operations meeting & completing assigned tasks within the time frame.
  • Submission of delivery document to the respective customers and billing department for invoicing purpose.
  • Managing with the support of workshop department the PM Service of the fleet and other maintenance work with the customer approval to proceed.
  • Adhere to individual SOP & KPI of each customer.
  • 24/7 always available to resolve any issues regarding delivery.
  • Conducting the pre-trip briefing and arranging toolbox talks with the drivers for guiding them for safe deliveries.
  • Company HSE standard and five golden rules to be followed.
  • CICPA Pass Application Typing English.
  • IVMS needs to be monitored.
  • In cab Monitoring, Spot checking.
  • Drivers and vehicles documents expiry need to be followed.
  • Driver and fleet management need to be supported.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate – Preferably Logistics
  • Good Communication Skill – English & Hindi
  • Well versed in MS office, outlook
