The leading hospitality company in Asia is now seeking an Operations Director. This renowned group has garnered international recognition for their diverse collection of thought-provoking, inventive concepts and extraordinary dining experiences.

As Operations Director, you will oversee the group's expansion into Dubai, managing the launch of new projects and directing the venues' day-to-day operations.

Main responsibilities include :

• Directing and fulfilling the critical path to venue openings, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of tasks;
• Managing the pre-opening process, including overseeing construction, obtaining necessary licenses, selecting vendors and suppliers, developing operational templates and checklists, etc.;
• Recruiting and building top teams;
• Driving the overall operational and business performance of the venues;
• Working with the leadership team to identify goals for each venue, setting clear objectives and key results;
• Ensuring team alignment to each venue’s and overall group’s mission and values;
• Driving the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring targets are achieved;
• Taking ownership of the overall P&L statements of each venue;
• Recommending and implementing cost controls through analysis of sales trends and POS reports;
• Cultivating a positive, supportive and productive environment;
• Ensuring high levels of quality, operational, and hygienic standards are consistently met;
• Ensuring adherence to all licensing laws pertaining to the service of food and beverage, public and employee safety while remaining in compliance with local food safety standards;
• Developing and executing the growth strategy for each venue.
