Charterhouse are partnered with a leading company in the Events space across the UAE. Our client is recognised for executing memorable events across festivals, entertainment and cultural events.

The Operations Director will lead the full delivery of a large-scale, multi-zone public festival, overseeing everything from planning to post-event reporting. Reporting to the Project Director, this role will manage infrastructure, safety, logistics, guest services, and stakeholder coordination in a high-pressure, remote environment. The Operations Director will also run the Main Operations Centre during the event, ensuring smooth real-time execution and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

This role requires over 10 years of experience in large-scale event operations, ideally in the Middle East, with a strong background in managing teams, vendors, and complex logistics. The ideal candidate would need excellent stakeholder management, budgeting, and procurement skills, along with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) and a valid UAE driving license. Resilience, leadership, and a detail-oriented mindset are key to success in this role.
