Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced person who is responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of heavy equipment for rental purposes, both on-siteand off-site. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery, pickup, maintenance, and tracking of machinery across job sites. The coordinator serves as the communication hub between field crews, mechanics, drivers, and clients to support efficient daily operations. The position demands strong organizational skills, adaptability to work in dynamic environments (both office and field), and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in fast-paced settings. Flexibility in working hours and a solid understanding of heavy equipment operations are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating delivery, pickup, and transportation of heavy equipment across job sites.
  • Communicating with drivers, mechanics, and clients to ensure timely and accurate equipment deployment.
  • Managing rental contracts, quotes, work orders, and assisting in day-to-day operations.
  • Overseeing on-site activities such as equipment loading/unloading, maintenance coordination, and inventory tracking.
  • Conducting off-site tasks including site visits, logistics coordination, and compliance verification.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or equipment rental.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment and their operational needs.
  • High reliability and availability for flexible working hours.
  • UAE driver’s license preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
