Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitations at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries — AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless. We have produced the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers and aim to put a diamond behind every chip. We are a fast-growing, profitable unicorn with $515m in funding, executing a multi-billion dollar expansion to convert greenhouse gases into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.

We are seeking a professional and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our growing rough diamond trading division.

Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory activities, prepare reports, maintain records in Netsuite, and participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.
  2. Product Planning, Creation, and Analysis: Support product planning and creation, maintain accurate datasets, and generate production reports.
  3. Shipping & Customs: Support import/export shipments, prepare customs documentation, and maintain compliance records.
  4. Customer Due Diligence: Assist with KYC and AML screening, maintaining accurate regulatory records.
  5. Office Management: Provide administrative support for office operations and receptionist duties to ensure a positive experience for visitors and staff.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years experience in trading or operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.

Salary: 10,000 - 13,000 AED/month
