We are seeking for Operations Center Manager to join our team in Dubai. This critical role focuses on monitoring the fleet operations activities. This includes analyzing and providing data on the peak traffic periods and locations, coordinating with relevant public, private, and college entities to collect data regarding road maintenance, and monitoring traffic violations of drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide and update roadmap data according to the current and targeted contracts.
- Analyze and provide data for field operations on the peak traffic periods and locations and their impact on the current transport operations and planned roadmaps.
- Monitor, track, and provide live data on the locations and periods where there are unusual traffic and congestion.
- Monitor and collect data of the vehicle tracking system, issue periodic reports on vehicles’ movement, and coordinate with the other section to contact the tracking system’s company in case of any malfunctions if required.
- Monitor and track traffic violations of drivers and leased vehicles.
- Monitor and track traffic accidents and provide the necessary support to provide an alternative.
- Study and analyze the flow of vehicles inside and outside the stations, submit recommendations to smoothen the flow, and avoid any congestions that might affect the Fleet’s operational efficiency.
- Provide initiatives to improve operational services for routes and contracts.
- Responsible to coordinate with business performance management to improve the processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or/and professional certifications In business management or equivalent.
- Work Environment: Office 80% Field 20%
- Proficiency in English and Arabic Language.
- Proficiency in Digital Technology and systems.
- 6 – 8 years of experience in transport operations or equivalent.
