About The Role
As an Onboarding-focused Operations Associate, you will start our Customers' journey with Alaan. The onboarding team is tasked with ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new customers. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding customers through the onboarding process, addressing their queries, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
