Operations Assistant - Marine will assist in the day-to-day operations of vessels, providing necessary support to the Operations Manager.
Preparing demurrage invoices and checking disbursement accounts, in order to be approved by the Operations Manager.
Maintaining/Updating the departmental filing system.
Arranging forwarding of the vessel's documentation on board of the ship, preparing the relevant transmittal letters and collecting master's receipt of confirmations.
Ensuring the proper distribution of the department's incoming correspondences/mail etc.
