Job Description

Manage property listings and updates on Airbnb, and other platforms

Handle guest communication before, during, and after stays, ensuring quick, professional, and friendly responses

Use tools like Hostaway, Breezeway, Enso Connect, Keyless, and PriceLabs (or similar) for operations and automation

Oversee check-in and check-out processes, including coordination with DTCM / DET

Ensure compliance with Dubai holiday homes regulations

Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and guests as needed

Monitor pricing tools and booking performance

Assist with reporting, calendar syncs, and workflow automation

Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in the holiday homes or short-term rental industry in the UAE

Familiar with Airbnb and similar platforms, and tools like Hostaway, Breezeway, Enso Connect, PriceLabs, etc.

Confident handling guest communication via booking platforms and communication tools

Strong understanding of DTCM/DET processes and UAE regulations for holiday homes

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to work independently

Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period (preferred)
