Job description

Company Overview

Our client is looking for Operations & Fulfilment Manager to join a fast-growing e-commerce and wholesale brand. This role is central to the business, ensuring seamless operational efficiency across all sales channels—including D2C and B2B.

Role Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics
  • Manage day-to-day order fulfilment for both DTC and wholesale
  • Liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries locally and internationally
  • Oversee returns, exchanges and special shipping requests
  • Optimise packaging and dispatch processes for cost and efficiency
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory reconciliation
  • Implement and oversee stock-taking procedures, creating monthly SOH reports
  • Ensure warehouse and storage processes are efficient, well-organised and safe
  • Support forecasting by highlighting stock movement and bestsellers
  • Create sell-through report that is distributed weekly
  • Wholesale Operations
  • Coordinate wholesale orders from start to finish, including packing, compliance docs, and shipping
  • Manage retailer-specific requirements, such as labelling, barcoding, and shipment schedules
  • Work with the production and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment of wholesale orders
  • Team Management
  • Oversee the personalisation team, including scheduling, leave, and workflow planning.
  • Ensure materials are always available, jobs are prioritised correctly, and timelines are met
  • Support the customer service team when needed
  • Systems & Reporting
  • Own and manage backend systems (Shopify, warehouse software, Excel tracking)
  • Generate and interpret weekly fulfilment, stock, and logistics reports
  • Identify process gaps and implement system improvements

Must Have

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations, preferably within a product-based business
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management, fulfilment systems, and international shipping
  • A problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
  • Clear communicator and hands-on team player
