Job summary

Washmen is seeking an Operations Associate to solve problems, execute projects, and improve how we operate across the business. You will work with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, Product, and Tech to build tools, automate workflows, and use data to guide decisions.

This hands-on role reports to the Operations Director, and offers growth as you develop systems, AI-enabled solutions, and scalable processes that elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional experience in a fast-paced or analytical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Work on operational projects across Production, Customer Service, Logistics, Product, Tech, Marketing, and other areas of the business.
• Investigate operational problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Analyze data and performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Get close to the operation to understand what's actually happening — not just what the numbers say.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Work with Product and Tech to translate operational needs into new tools, systems, and product features.
• Explore and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to improve workflows, decision-making, productivity, and customer experience.
• Build reports and tracking that improve visibility and support better decision-making.

We're looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help solve problems, execute projects, and continuously improve how we operate across Washmen & The Finery.This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who is sharp, analytical, hardworking, and hungry to grow. You'll work across different areas of the business, getting into the details of how things work, identifying problems and opportunities, and helping turn ideas into action.You'll also work closely with our Product and Tech teams to help develop systems, features, automations, and AI-enabled solutions that make our operations smarter, faster, and more scalable.You'll report directly to our Operations Director, with close exposure to how decisions are made and problems are solved at the leadership level.

What You'll Do

Work on operational projects across Production, Customer Service, Logistics, Product, Tech, Marketing, and other areas of the business.

Requirements

1–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or analytical environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with data and digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and other business systems.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Experience in operations, project management, analytics, consulting, startups, scale-ups, technology, or consumer services is a plus.
