As the Operational Training Partner (Ground Operations), you will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development, and delivery of business-critical operational training solutions aligned with Emirates Group values and the employee experience.

In This Role, You Will

• Deliver operational training to ensure business units meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Deliver a learning experience that meets Emirates Group standards as outlined by the Learning Experience Standards.
• Manage trainee records and assessments in line with the expectations of the Regulatory Compliance and Audit Unit guidelines.
• Ensure that all learning solutions are up to date and that all updates from the business are implemented.
• Maintain subject matter expertise through consistent engagement with relevant business units, coordinated by the Strategic Business Partner and Experience Deployment Lead.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance training records and licenses.
• Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
• Apply Experience Analytics and Evaluation guidelines to map impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
• Deliver training at outstations when required.
• Stay up to date with trends in learning and instructional techniques.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in delivering or facilitating operational training.
• Experience in a relevant operational field within the last 5 years.
