Job Purpose

Part of the Emirates Group and headquartered in Dubai with offices across the Gulf region, Arabian Adventures is the leading Destination Management Company in the Middle East, renowned for its deep local expertise, creativity, innovation, and warm Arabian hospitality.

As an Operational Training Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting the business by designing, developing, and delivering critical operational training solutions aligned with Emirates Group values and focused on enhancing the overall employee experience.

In this role, you will
  • Maintain subject matter expertise through regular engagement with relevant business units, as coordinated by the Strategic Business Partner and Experience Deployment Lead.
  • Design and deliver operational training to meet regulatory, compliance, and business requirements.
  • Ensure all training solutions are current and incorporate updates from the business.
  • Maintain accurate trainee records, assessments, and licenses in line with Regulatory Compliance and Audit unit guidelines.
  • Apply Experience Analytics and Evaluation guidelines to measure the impact of learning solutions.
  • Deliver learning experiences that meet Emirates Group standards, as outlined by the Learning Experience Standards.
  • Continuously strengthen facilitation skills through ongoing development.
  • Stay updated on trends in learning methodologies and instructional techniques.
  • Act as Arabian Adventures Culture Survey Champion.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience in operational training facilitation.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous growth.
