As an Operational Training Partner (Airport Passenger Services) you will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development and delivery of business critical operational training solutions aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver operational training to ensure business units meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standards as outlined by the Learning Experience Standards.
  • Manage trainee records and assessments in line with the expectations of the Regulatory Compliance and Audit unit guidelines.
  • Ensure that all learning solutions are up-to-date and all updates from the business are implemented.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise through consistent engagement with relevant business units (coordinated by the Strategic Business Partner and Experience Deployment Lead).
  • Maintain regulatory and compliance training records and licenses.
  • Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
  • Apply Experience Analytics and Evaluation guidelines in consistently mapping impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
  • Deliver training at outstations when required.
  • Keep up to date with trends in learning and instructional techniques.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a relevant operational field.
  • Experience in operational training facilitation.
