As the Operational Training Partner (Ground Operations), you will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development and delivery of business critical operational training solutions aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.
In this role, you will:
Deliver operational training to ensure business units meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Deliver a learning experience that meets Emirates Group standards as outlined by the Learning Experience Standards.
Manage trainee records and assessments in line with the expectations of the Regulatory Compliance and Audit Unit guidelines.
Ensure that all learning solutions are up to date and that all updates from the business are implemented.
Maintain subject matter expertise through consistent engagement with relevant business units (coordinated by the Strategic Business Partner and Experience Deployment Lead).
Maintain regulatory and compliance training records and licenses.
Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
Apply Experience Analytics and Evaluation guidelines to consistently map impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
Deliver training at outstations when required.
Stay up to date with trends in learning and instructional techniques.
QualificationTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
5+ years experience in delivering or facilitating operational training
Experience in a relevant operational field within the last 5 years.
