Standard Chartered is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and technology risks within a dynamic banking environment. Based in Dubai, this full-time role focuses on strengthening risk governance, improving controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will prepare comprehensive risk reports and dashboards, track KRIs, and collaborate with diverse teams to embed risk awareness into workflows, driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• FRM or CRM certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience or knowledge of UAE/regulatory banking environments is beneficial.
• Understanding of operational risk principles, governance, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational and technology risks across the organisation.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and governance materials for senior management.
