Our client is seeking an operational Project Senior Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-impact projects across Consulting (Big 4 and Mid-tier), BPO, Logistics, Corporate Operations, Retail & E-commerce, Business Setup, and Freezones. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with timelines and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline project workflows.
  • Leverage data analytics and automation tools to improve processes and reporting.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations
  • Experience across Consulting, BPO, Logistics, Corporate Operations, Retail & E-commerce, Business Setup, or Freezones.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or other project methodologies.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, SQL).
