Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational oversight and process management:

• Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and best practices to support on/off ramps and encryption processing, as well as co-branded card programs.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure that projects and programs are executed efficiently and within established schedules.
• Integrate crypto and Web3 operational elements into workflows to ensure efficient management of blockchain transactions, smart contract processes, and decentralized applications.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Serve as an operational liaison between product, technical, compliance, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Facilitate regular operational meetings, status updates, and cross-departmental programs to address challenges and optimize performance, including updates on blockchain and crypto-related projects.

Risk Management & Compliance Support:

• Assist in the development and execution of risk management strategies and controls across two business verticals, focusing on crypto-related risks and blockchain security measures.
• Work with the compliance team to ensure all operational processes, including those handling digital assets and Web3 components, meet regulatory requirements and internal standards (e.g., AML/KYC, data privacy).

Operational Projects and Vendor Management:

• Oversee key projects related to operational improvement, system implementation, and process automation, including blockchain integration and cryptographic solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure quality and reliability, especially in the crypto and Web3 domain.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Establish KPIs for operational processes, monitor performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization and cost reduction, including metrics specific to crypto trading and blockchain operations.

Supporting Business Growth:

• Collaborate with business managers to support new product launches and expansions, ensuring operational readiness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience, leveraging encryption and Web3 technologies.
