Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and innovative operational excellence & training manager who will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs that align with the company's vision, mission & values, aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our Bars & Restaurants and Premier Inn Outlets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Complete an annual training & development needs analysis and identify training requirements, create training strategy, and implement core operational training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify individual and team development needs, creating personalized coaching plans to address gaps.
  • Develop and design an annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendar and implement them across all locations.
  • Organize, plan, execute and track the impact of the training sessions for all front of house service operations teams
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and key performance metrics
  • Facilitate corporate learning & development programs and the use of LMS systems within operational stores
  • Produce and communicate monthly training reports on progress to the various stakeholders.
  • Communicate with operational teams clearly, in a timely manner to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with programmes and road map.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years previous experience within a training/operational excellence role in the F&B industry
  • Be able to demonstrate the skills to design and develop training materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of delivering training courses, programs, and initiatives to a wide audience of hospitality professionals at both junior and senior levels.
  • Must have a UAE Driving license

Preferred Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in licensed F&B industry.
