Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
2. Ensure the sterile field is maintained and assist in preparing the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
3. Monitor patients' vital signs and conditions pre- and post-surgery, and provide immediate support as needed.
4. Handle surgical instruments and supplies safely, ensuring proper sterilization procedures are followed.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and assist in documenting surgical procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and other medical staff to ensure smooth surgical operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
2. Valid DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in an operation theatre or surgical nursing role.
4. Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and emergency procedures.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
6. Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and care.
