Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide direct & individualized care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
2. Actively monitor patients under local & general anesthesia procedures.
3. Work effectively with minimal supervision while functioning in a multidisciplinary team in both Operating Room & Recovery Room.
4. Administer medications as prescribed and titrate medications following organizational policies.
5. Prepare the Operating Theatre with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment as per procedural requirements in liaison with the surgical team.
6. Assist in all emergency procedures and participate in life-saving measures like CPR when needed.
7. Be prepared for On-Call assignments as per organizational policy.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's in Nursing or an equivalent degree.
2. 3+ years of experience in Operating Room post-graduation.
3. Knowledge of JCIA standards.
4. Experience in assisting with multispecialty surgeries.
