What You’ll Do

Supervise and mentor a team of procurement and showroom coordinators

Lead day-to-day procurement and supplier alignment

Prepare quotations, RFQs, and RFPs with precision and speed

Coordinate across sales, warehouse, finance, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

Manage operations and client data via Odoo ERP / CRM

Support marketing activations, expos, and showroom presentation

Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and contribute to weekly and senior leadership meetings

Experienced in procurement or operations (preferably in OS&E / FF&E)
