Role Overview:

- We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Operations Manager from the BPO industry with a background in sales and team management.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and leading a motivated team to achieve performance targets.

- Candidates must be below 30 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage daily BPO operations with a focus on efficiency and service quality

- Supervise and guide sales/support teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to KPIs

- Monitor team productivity and handle performance reviews, rosters, and shift schedules

- Drive sales performance and conversion across inbound or outbound processes

- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (IT, HR, and client support) for smooth operations

- Ensure compliance with internal processes, SLAs, and client expectations

- Provide training, coaching, and development support to team members

- Prepare reports and dashboards to track and improve operational performance

Requirements:

- Must have a background in the BPO/call center industry

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or team leading (must have at least one of them)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting dashboards is preferred

- Ability to work in shifts and manage a fast-paced team environment

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Management, or related field)

- Willing to relocate or based in Dubai, UAE.
