About The Opportunity:

The Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a small team of bank clerks. This team manages a front desk that collects bank-related documents and processes them into the bank's core system. The position ensures that all customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively while managing department resources and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the department's resources efficiently and highlight issues to management for continuous improvement.
  2. Coordinate a customer desk linked to back-office operations, requiring meticulous operational planning and seamless execution.
  3. Ensure that the 17 team members are adequately tasked to perform cross-functional activities.
  4. Create quick work schedules in an agile environment, allowing team members to toggle between work processes and ensuring optimal task assignments.
  5. Ensure individual and team targets are met, as the project is target-based.
  6. Address work instructions from the client's focal point and disseminate them into the workstreams.
  7. Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by the department leader, following mutually agreed formats and schedules.
  8. Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain's information security policy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Training in Data Confidentiality, Quality Assurance, Excel
  • Customer service and operational experience
  • Experience in team supervision
  • Knowledge of time management, resource management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Project supervision and client liaison experience
