Operation Graduate Intern

Join our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality logistics operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our 3PL and BSC teams to meet performance targets, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of your learning journey, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities that will build your expertise and confidence in supply chain operations:

  • Inventory Management: Lead and support inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Work closing with Transportation team to plan Inbound.

  • Inbound Coordination: Work with the transportation team to plan and monitor inbound shipments and report any discrepancies.

  • Redeployment Support: Collaborate with Demand Planning and Transportation teams to manage redeployment requests across regions.

  • Audit Readiness: Partner with the QA team to maintain audit-ready standards and documentation for our Distribution Center.

  • Warehouse Excellence: Help maintain a well-organized warehouse and track KPIs to ensure operational goals are met.
