Job Details:

Title: Operation Excellence Manager / Entity Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Skills:

1. Excellent communication (written and verbal)
2. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager
3. Proven stakeholder management skills
4. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
5. Excellent problem-solving ability
6. Working knowledge and experience of ITIL Problem Management including Root Cause Analysis

Key Activities:

1. Formulating, organizing and monitoring all tracks
2. Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
3. Manage issue, risk and resource management
4. Assume responsibility for all vendors
5. Resolve conflicts across tracks and with stakeholders as applicable
6. Prepare and submit reports for each track
7. Able to prioritize, multi-task and deliver without requiring follow-ups
8. Able to analyze and understand the issues and provide solutions
9. Understand technology
10. Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed quality standards

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual – English and Arabic
2. Minimum of 7-8 years of program management experience
3. Minimum of 12-15 years of overall experience in projects and project management

Additional Competencies:

1. Able to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders.
2. Ability to adapt to changes
3. (Preferred) Have good experience in dealing with different levels of Abu Dhabi Government Entities.
