About The Job
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Franke is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Operations Leader to drive our manufacturing unit towards achieving the highest quality, competitive costs, and on-time delivery.

Your tasks

1. Lead and Manage: Oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring strategic execution and resource coordination to produce excellent products.
2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor manufacturing managers, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
3. Strategic Development: Align the manufacturing unit with the BU's strategic roadmap, focusing on efficiency and profitability.
4. System Implementation: Develop and refine systems to minimize errors and boost productivity, with a strong emphasis on Lean principles.
5. Product Development: Collaborate with designers and engineers during the product development phase, from prototype to large-scale production.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the BU APAC management team, managing a matrix reporting structure.
7. People Management and Leadership: Develop and lead a highly competent manufacturing team to achieve maximum productivity and quality, providing essential training and technical input to solve operational issues.

Requirements

1. Bachelor and above degree in Engineering and related major, MBA preferred.
2. 8+ years expertise in end-to-end manufacturing operations.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and equipment maintenance.
4. ERP and Lean production experience is required.
5. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as Fluent English.
6. Advanced problem-solving and decision making.
7. Excellent leadership skill.
