Franke is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Operations Leader to drive our manufacturing unit towards achieving the highest quality, competitive costs, and on-time delivery.

About the job

• Lead and Manage : Oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring strategic execution and resource coordination to produce excellent products.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor manufacturing managers, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Strategic Development : Align the manufacturing unit with the BU's strategic roadmap, focusing on efficiency and profitability.
• System Implementation : Develop and refine systems to minimize errors and boost productivity, with a strong emphasis on Lean principles.
• Product Development : Collaborate with designers and engineers during the product development phase, from prototype to large-scale production.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the BU APAC management team, managing a matrix reporting structure.
• People Management and Leadership : Develop and lead a highly competent manufacturing team to achieve maximum productivity and quality, providing essential training and technical input to solve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above in Engineering or related major, MBA preferred
• 8+ years of expertise in end-to-end manufacturing operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and equipment maintenance
• ERP and Lean production experience is required
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluent English
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership skills
