Job Description

This role involves coordinating and supporting the safe and efficient running of operations. You will manage team performance, ensure safety standards are followed, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in following safety standards and reducing safety risks.
  • Coordinate team activities to ensure safety compliance.
  • Utilize the Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program daily.
  • Investigate low-level incidents and escalate non-compliance issues.
  • Understand and communicate objectives and KPIs to your team.
  • Set productivity and hours targets, including for new hires.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for your team and develop your Training Development Matrix (TDM).
  • Monitor resource planning, equipment availability, and team performance through KPIs.
  • Track attendance, overtime, and quality KPIs of team members.
  • Ensure proper training and continuous development of employees.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement actions.
  • Identify and document process improvements and share with management.
  • Support recognition programs and engagement activities.
  • Manage operational processes to meet service levels and deadlines.
  • Participate in CSR activities and support HR processes for team development.
  • Follow security protocols to protect personnel and assets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage change and work under stress.
  • Coaching, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Independent working ability.
  • Basic data interpretation skills.
