Job Description

To coordinate and support safe and efficient operations by managing team performance and ensuring standards are met.

In this Operations Coordinator position, you will:
  • Support safety standards and help reduce health and safety risks.
  • Coordinate the team in applying safety standards.
  • Use the Behavioural Based Safety program daily to promote proper behaviors and processes.
  • Conduct basic incident investigations and escalate non-compliance issues.
  • Understand and communicate objectives, KPIs, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and review your TDM with your leader.
  • Escalate resource planning and equipment issues.
  • Track team performance and attendance, and address deviations.
  • Manage employee training, including onboarding and continuous development.
  • Participate in shift handovers and performance reviews.
  • Monitor KPI results, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Engage with recognition programs and CSR activities.
  • Maintain operational processes and support a culture of engagement and safety.
