Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably within a control room environment.
- Strong knowledge of security systems including CCTV, alarms, access control, and communication devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with security management software.

Education:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in security management or related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
