This role will both be an integralpart to our team - which ultimately aims to drive customers to discover and travel to attain ourMotto “We love taking you places”.create holiday packages to outbound travel destination like (Europe, America, Australia, Africa,Euro- Asia, Far east etc)Carry out comprehensive research for new and existing travel products (comprehensive holidaypackages) Managing the Product Lifecycle from the development and implementation to thecommercial and operational success of new and existing travel product Working with other departments to develop and enact a product strategy to ensure theproduct is competitively priced and has a comprehensive offer matched to sales demand andtargets. Develop lasting relationships with suppliers to ensure our clients receive excellent on-the-ground support Create clear product development plans for all new products Benchmark customer experience and pricing with direct competitors. Business Development Ensuring KPI tar-gets are achieved monthly and annuallyQualifications/skills needed: 4-8 years’ experience in product development and management Comprehensive travel industry knowledge Extensive Destination knowledge especially (Europe, America, Far east etc) Good command of both written and verbal English Must be proficient using technology and working with software applications Bachelor’s degree with travel specialization will advantage High level of “attention to detail” Superior negotiation skills A self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines andtargets.Salary Budget (Min-Max Range): 4000- 6000.
