Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s country.
• Desirable: main scrub nurse experience in hospital theatre; UAE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care with the multi professional team per clinical standards and laws.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks per policies and laws.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment under nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
