To support and coordinate the administrative functions related to thescheduling of theatres according to company standard and policy
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASEnsure effective allocation and utilisation of available theatres
Support the coordination and related activities in theatre required to ensure theatres are prepared and available as per schedules
Providegeneral administrative duties related to theatre documentation,includingtelephonic services
Ensure an efficient electronic and paper filing system is in place and maintained
Actively participate and support quality improvement processes
REQUIRED EDUCATIONA relevant medical qualification from an accredited institution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years' experience in a clinical position
Desired: Experience managing OT bookings or Surgical scheduling
