About our client

An established sovereign wealth fund is looking for a senior operating partner, with expertise in financial processes, reporting and budgeting to join its Middle East focused Private Equity team. This role would focus on identifying and unlocking value in companies within the firm's private equity portfolio by improving the financial reporting and budgeting functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-calibre team of investment professionals and operating partners from top-tier institutions. Compensation is tax free at the local level and the total cash compensation is likely to be attractive. What the job involves

• The role will focus on creating operational excellence in its portfolio companies, with a focus on projects involving financial reporting and budgeting
• You will be working with other senior operating partners, as well as senior investment and other leadership professionals to identify areas of value creation and growth opportunities within the existing portfolio
• This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses

Who we are looking for

• Candidates should have experience from a top-tier consultancy firm with significant exposure to private equity and/or senior operating experience from an international corporate
• Significant operational experience of all financial processes, financial reporting and budgeting
• Ability to work effectively with executive team members, with a strong ability to lead
• Strong business acumen, with a track record and ability of project delivery
• Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time
