OpenShift Platform Engineer

Manage & optimize OCP and ROSA environments, ensuring high availability and smooth upgrades.

Implement workload distribution and fine-grained access control using LDAP & RBAC.

Automate platform maintenance with Ansible and enhance monitoring with Grafana & Prometheus.

Oversee Kubernetes clusters, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.

Support DevOps & CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins & GitLab.

Manage container registries (GitHub, Quay) and ensure license compliance.

(Bonus) Work with IBM CloudPak for enhanced platform capabilities.

What We re Looking For:

5+ years of experience managing OpenShift/Kubernetes in enterprise environments.

Expertise in multi-tenant OpenShift & ROSA, scaling, and Operator management.

Hands-on experience with Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus & automation tools.

Strong understanding of RBAC, LDAP, CI/CD pipelines & security best practices.

Familiarity with container registries (Quay, GitHub) & audit logging.

Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
