Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Job Summary:
- Support the Manager Trade Marketing in executing trade marketing activities for assigned categories, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Handle sales and operations for the business unit, liaising with the sales team to conduct promotional activities and achieve targeted volumes, market executions, and OSA targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop RTM strategy documents in coordination with the Manager Trade Marketing to implement operating plans and achieve business targets.
- Assist in developing short-term and long-term channel sales strategies for Modern Trade customers.
- Ensure daily sales tracking reports and monthly target updates based on forecasts.
- Maintain and validate customer master database, including trade licenses, passports, and credit limits.
- Analyze customer data reports to study trends.
- Coordinate training for the sales team on MIS to ensure data accuracy.
- Update RTM documents annually.
- Maintain high field capability scores by evaluating field activities and training sales representatives.
- Drive FCS across markets through regular tracking and review sessions.
- Ensure on-shelf availability (OSA) and track related reports.
- Meet regional coverage targets and report on retailer coverage.
- Support in developing promotional displays and POS materials.
- Monitor trade marketing expenses and ensure effective merchandising in stores.
- Plan sales routes and forecast targets, assisting in cascading targets to sales reps.
- Align trade marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Prepare business review reports and presentations.
- Develop systems and policies for employee capability enhancement.
- Manage team workload, training, performance reviews, and employee engagement.

Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 6 years of related experience, including trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a reputed university preferred.
