ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Performance Manager. This is a full-time position based in Dubai. The role is crucial in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, excellence, and top-tier service for Amazon across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft paid performance proposals and presentations, clearly articulating strategies and expected outcomes.
- Manage all Search platform relationships for accounts under management.
- Develop and manage all components of paid performance campaigns, including setup, optimization, reporting, and tracking.
- Share and implement Paid Search best practices and beta features with clients, collaborating with platform teams on development.
- Ensure delivery on performance targets for clients.
- Monitor and measure performance activity, engagement metrics, analyze results, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Maintain high-level client relationships.
- Build client respect and be recognized as a leader in their business.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and fulfill performance marketing requirements.
- Work with performance managers/planners to deliver campaigns.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across business units within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience with a comprehensive understanding of multiple digital media channels and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and social platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter ads.
- Data-driven and creative, with a focus on new user acquisition.
- Interest in ecommerce marketing and online marketing channels interaction.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Tenacity, resilience, flexibility, and sound judgment to handle challenging situations.

- Experience with Amazon Advertising (AMS) platform.
- Experience with bid management platforms.
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
