Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and Brand Management:
   1. Ensure consistency in design across all channels, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
   2. Update and maintain internal drives and files for designs, photography, and video assets.
   3. Update brand guidelines for internal and external use as needed.
2. Collaboration and Content Creation:
   1. Work closely with marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver content and design assets that meet their requirements.
   2. Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive visual communications.
   3. Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
3. Design Development:
   1. Conceptualize, design, and produce digital and print graphics in Arabic and English, including logos, collateral, social media content, presentations, reports, and publications.
   2. Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance visual appeal and project efficacy.
   3. Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet objectives.
4. Project Management:
   1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
   2. Prioritize tasks and coordinate with team members for timely delivery.
   3. Develop and maintain a project intake and delivery system for smooth implementation.
5. Industry Trends:
   1. Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software to continually improve skills.
   2. Deliver on-brand designs that align with organizational objectives and enhance brand awareness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative designs and brand applications.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
