POSITION PURPOSE

  • Lead the creation of bestinclass designs and concepts for Sephora ME to delight and inspire our customers.
  • Build strong creative executions during key commercial periods in the year such as Ramadan Sales and Festive.
  • Manage the endtoend project lifecycle while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Manage projects and processes with other teams
  • Lead a team of talented graphic designers and copywriters
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to implement creative strategies and vision

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead mentor and inspire a team of graphic designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the workload processes and performance of the graphic design team to ensure timely delivery of highquality work.
  • Act as POC for internal and external stakeholders

Creative Concept Development:

  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns across various channels (digital social instore OOH etc) that adhere to marketing and design principles.
  • Drive brainstorming sessions and ensure ideas are aligned with market trends.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to implement the creative strategy and vision for campaigns to the final creative outputs
  • Work with the media team to understand content performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Pitch concepts to relevant stakeholders

Project Management:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of creative campaigns ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (marketing ecommerce retail etc. to ensure campaign alignment and integration.
  • Drive process efficiencies for the team

Photoshoots:

  • Work with the creative team on art direction for photoshoots
  • Manage photoshoots for product executions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Arabic language is a must

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a creative team.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
  • Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc..
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
  • A strong understanding of design and marketing principles.
