Job description

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Media Manager. This is a Full-time position based in Dubai. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital, social, print, broadcast, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop media content that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
  • Allocate and manage media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) while staying within the marketing budget.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for media campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and advertising agencies.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience interactions.
  • Assist in managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience working across the full Communications Planning process.
  • At least 4 years of experience planning across Display, Search, and Social Campaigns, including offline channels.
  • Proven client management experience, handling key stakeholders, presenting, and managing expectations.
  • Able to advise the team on broader digital themes such as Creative/Content and Partnerships.
  • Strong network and collaboration skills, including managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Deliver excellent client service and learn from feedback.
  • Coordinate strategic planning activities.
  • Remain up to date with market trends and understand customer demographics.
