About the Role:
Seeking an experienced and motivated OPD (Outpatient Department) Manager to join a leading specialty hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient services, ensuring efficient workflow, high patient satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall functioning of the Outpatient Department.
Lead and supervise OPD staff including nurses, administrative, and support teams.
Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care and service standards.
Monitor appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and medical records processes.
Handle patient feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure continuous service improvement.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and hospital protocols.
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other departments to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in OPD settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in hospital management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
DHA license or eligibility is a plus.
