Job summary

Platform Health Club in Sharjah is seeking a dynamic Coach Trainer to lead the development of coaches and raise coaching standards across the organization. The role focuses on training delivery, performance development, and creating scalable resources to support professional growth.

The ideal candidate has a background in sports science or related fields, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record in coaching. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sharjah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a coach and/or coach trainer.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Certification from a recognized coaching body is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and mentor individuals across various experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and workshops for coaches on performance, motivation, leadership, and development.
• Evaluate and assess coaches’ performance, providing feedback and improvement plans.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Stay updated on best practices, trends, and new methodologies in coaching and training.
• Work closely with management to align training objectives with organizational goals.
• Monitor progress and success of coaching interventions.
