Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE policies and site safety practices.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Enforce HSE policies to achieve zero harm.
• Promote safety culture among workforce and subcontractors.
• Ensure permit-to-work and site safety compliance.
• Execute construction activities per project schedule.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Support achievement of milestones and deadlines.
