Job summary

WAHA AIR in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer focused on on-site execution to manage HVAC projects from mobilization through testing and handover. The role requires hands-on supervision of VRF/VRV, DX, chillers, AHU/FAHU/FCU, ductwork, piping, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to meet drawings, specs, budgets, and deadlines.

Candidates should have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of UAE HVAC project execution and site management, and strong

Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of HVAC project execution and site management.
Hands-on site execution experience mandatory.
Ability to read IFC/Shop Drawings and BOQs.
Experience with VRF/VRV, DX, Chillers, AHU/FAHU/FCU, and ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

Execute HVAC projects on-site from mobilization to final handover.
Supervise installation activities and subcontractors.
Ensure works follow drawings, specs, budgets, and deadlines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and other MEP disciplines.
Lead site team to meet project targets.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover.
