Job summary

KBR seeks a Commissioning Superintendent Mechanical with extensive onshore site experience for mega EPC projects based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires coordinating with licensors and vendors, ensuring readiness for MC and RFSU, and managing punch lists to support handover.

GCC region experience is preferred. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering and have 18+ years in commissioning/operation readiness, including 5+ years in similar roles in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant commissioning/operation readiness experience.
• 5+ years in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects preferred (sour gas, hydrogen, hydro-desulfurization).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Licensors and Vendors to monitor commissioning activities against procedures.
• Oversee progress of commissioning for sales gas and condensate areas.
• Review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and manuals.
• Verify MC/RFSU certificates readiness and issues.
• Monitor punch-list close-out and handover activities in area.
