Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Commissioning Superintendent Mechanical (U&O) for onshore site work in Abu Dhabi as part of a MEGA EPC project.

The role requires leadership in commissioning activities, coordination with licensors and vendors, and ensuring readiness for MC/RFSU handover. The ideal candidate has a Engineering degree, 18+ years in commissioning/operation readiness, and 5+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical settings, with GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Licensors and Vendors to monitor commissioning activities within their procedures.
• Review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and manuals.
• Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and resolve obstacles to progress.
• Monitor close out of punch lists and ensure handover methodology complies with contracts.
