Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Online Store Assistant with real experience managing eBay and Amazon stores. This role involves not just product listing, but also customer communication, handling returns, and ensuring account performance. We are also expanding to Amazon AE and Noon AE so regional marketplace experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage listings on eBay and Amazon (titles, prices, photos, descriptions)
• Communicate with customers through platform messages in clear English
• Handle returns, complaints, and buyer questions quickly and professionally
• Monitor store performance, feedback, and policy compliance
• Coordinate with warehouse team for stock availability and photos
• Support future expansion to Amazon AE and Noon AE

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real experience in eBay/Amazon store operations (not just data entry)
• Good English skills – written and spoken
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for in-person interview in Sharjah
• Must be ready to start work on-site in Sharjah Industrial Area 2
• Experience in electronics or refurbished goods is a plus
