Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Online Account Executive – Restaurants to manage and grow relationships with food partners across Kuwait. You will engage partners, coordinate with internal teams, and drive platform performance while supporting onboarding and ongoing adoption.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in client-facing roles in food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality. Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in account management, sales, customer success, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, hospitality, or restaurants is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of food partners across Kuwait.
• Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and key stakeholders.
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption.
• Handle day-to-day partner requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong partner satisfaction.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, sales, and overall platform performance.
• Prepare account updates, reports, and performance insights to support business decisions.
• Conduct regular online partner meetings and business reviews.
• Manage partner communication and follow-ups through online channels.
• Support commercial activities, negotiations, and partner growth initiatives when required.
