Job summary

Snoonu is looking for an Account Manager – Restaurants to own and expand our Kuwait restaurant partner network. You’ll be the primary contact, drive growth through promotions, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in account management or similar roles, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Kuwait F&B market. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, partner success, business development, or client relationship roles.
• Experience working with restaurants, F&B, food delivery, e-commerce, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to managing partners.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and drive revenue and growth opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing performance metrics and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience with a food delivery platform, super app, marketplace, or e-commerce company.
• Existing relationships with restaurant owners, groups, or F&B decision-makers in Kuwait.
• Familiarity with performance dashboards, CRM tools, or data analytics platforms.
• Experience managing commercial targets, partner budgets, promotions, or revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait restaurant and F&B market.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across Kuwait.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor partner performance metrics such as orders, GMV, conversion, ratings, and customer engagement.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and work with partners to improve their performance on the Snoonu platform.
• Work closely with restaurant partners to plan promotions, campaigns, menu updates, and other initiatives that drive sales.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing partner investment on the platform.
• Resolve partner issues, escalations, and operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on performance, targets, and growth plans.
• Support partner onboarding, engagement, and adoption of Snoonu’s platform and commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Partner Support to ensure partner success.
• Stay updated on the Kuwait F&B market, competitor activity, and restaurant trends to identify new commercial opportunities.

Join Snoonu’s Commercial Team in Kuwait and take ownership of our growing network of restaurant partners. As an Account Manager – Restaurants, you will be the main point of contact for restaurant partners on the Snoonu platform — building strong relationships, driving partner performance, and identifying opportunities to grow their business.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building long-term partnerships, understands the restaurant and food delivery landscape, and enjoys turning strong relationships into measurable business results.
